Opportunity Network

Our purpose is to provide every reliable CEO with equal access to business opportunities. Opportunity Network is the peer-to-peer network for executives and investors to post and connect to trace, fundraising, investment and M&A deals.
The Role
The Account Management (AM) team takes care of all Opportunity Network members. The main objectives of the AM team are:
Establishing a personal relationship with each portfolio user;
Making sure each user is active on the platform and receives value;
Ensuring user retention and activation of the membership

The Account Manager Digital (AMD) takes care of all Opportunity Network members that have paid for a 1-month trial. The main objectives of the AMD team are:
Onboarding recently joined users to the platform;
Making sure each user is active on the platform and satisfied with the results;
Maximizing the conversion rate of trial users to a full subscription.

Managing an evolving portfolio of B2B clients during a 30-day window;
Ensuring members are vetted according to our screening criteria;
Maintaining business conversations with CEOs and other high net worth individuals;
Drafting, proofreading and approving business Opportunities that will help your client succeed in building business contacts and networking;
Increasing posting and connection rate, which translates into creating value for the members;
Making sure members receive an excellent introduction to the AM service, according to out SLA;
Asking for constant feedback with the aim of collecting positive success cases;
Exceeding expectations by minimizing churn and increasing member conversion;
Negotiating the activation of the membership in case the activation fails or the user requested not to activate the membership
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly Activation Rate results and monthly Cash collection forecasts)

Valid EU work visa;
Fluent in English. Any additional European language is preferable;
1 years of experience working with B2B clients;
1+ year sales experience;
Used to work with a portfolio of clients;
Good prioritization skills and ability to perform under pressure;
Used to work with KPIs;
Great negotiating and objection handling skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Empathy, fast thinking and problem-solving skills;
A good listener and resolutive.

Even better if you

2+ years of sales experience
Have some working experience in start-ups and B2B environments;
Have previously handled a portfolio of clients;
Are a natural negotiator and engager;
Are curious about learning about new industries every day;
