The first step towards realising this mission is our food-supply ordering platform connecting restaurants and suppliers and simplifying the way food is traded between them.

What does an Account Manager do at Choco ?
Why this job is totally different from your average Account Manager job:
Your daily life at work would involve encountering new challenges and opportunities to grow more into the foodtech sector. You spend half your time in the office as a team and the rest of your time on the field having a first hand relationship with restaurants.
You create long term relationships in a partnership and business development objective, this is definitely one of a kind!
The 3 objectives we propose you if you join us :
You are autonomous and own entirely a zone that will get bigger (from a block to an area, then why not a city or a country!). You will have to handle the extension and retention of Choco inside this zone.
You have complete expertise in your zone. You know the best action to take and proper practices to put in place. You know the best method of interacting with chefs and restaurants to ensure there is 0% Churn and 100% retention rate.
You collaborate as best as possible internally with our sales, Customer Success and Operations team – You would pass information on the best practices of retention, growth, strategy and new developments in the supplier partnership world.
? Your daily activities will be divided between these different missions: ?
You spend most of your days on the field, meeting chefs and entrepreneurs. They are already using Choco and your mission is to help them be successful.
You always keep an eye on your Data that helps you prioritise your weekly activity and focus and reach your objectives.
You become a key element of the universe or your restaurants and you know how to adapt to their needs and desires.
You create a true trust relationship over time with the chefs and develop a network. Word of mouth is key.
You stay aware of the priorities of everyone and you are the first one available to improve the way we work.

What does it take to perform as an Account Manager at Choco:
3 must haves:
You are strongly motivated to have a community builder role. Aside from your sales mentality, you focus on long-term relationships
You have relevant proven experience in Account management or Business Development. Experience in the food sector would be an added advantage
You are adaptable and you can put yourself in the shoes of a super famous Chef but also a Kebab shop as well as a charming little Italian restaurant.
3 nice to haves:
You have a deep understanding about long term retention and up-selling.
