Administration Team members required for Financial Services Brokerage
We are looking to fill two positions within our Palma de Mallorca based administration team. The Senior Administrator role is a full-time (40 hours per week over 5 days) position, with Support Administrator position that could be more flexible to allow part-time or reduced hours to allow for school/childcare commitments.
Both roles are to provide administration and operational coverage for our Group of companies. Tasks would include bank reconciliations, cashflow management, commission monitoring and reconciliation, company accounts input, along with Management Information reporting and general support to all areas of the Group business.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills:
NumerateStrong IT skills, especially ExcelAbility to take onboard and process information quickly and then summarise/action accordingly.Good communicator both verbally and written. Note English is the Groups internal language, but ability with other languages is an asset, especially Spanish.Able to deal with all levels of staff within the business, from Sales team members to Director/Shareholders.Eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.Financial industry / insurance industry background or knowledge would be preferable, but not mandatory for the right candidate(s).Necessary work permit and Spanish registration to be able to start work immediately.
The full-time hours are 08:30 17:30 with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday based in our offices in Palma. The roles could be offered on either an employed or self-employed basis. Salary range for the Senior role is circa 2,500.00 Gross per month, with the Support role circa 2,000.00 Gross per month (pro-rated if part-time).
