Director of Marketing Analytics

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing Analytics will assist the global marketing organization in making sound and timely business decisions. This role will lead a team of operational analysts who will drive standardization in our data and reporting. This role will regularly interact with all levels of leadership within our marketing organization including our CMO. The director will be responsible to identify areas of improvement through analysis of our entire pipeline funnel.

This position, and the team they lead, significantly contributes to the success of our marketing department and our ability to meet/exceed business targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Business partner to our leadership team to uncover and implement policies and processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
Tracking and reporting measurable business objectives
Lead a team of highly efficient individuals with the main goal of contributing to the success of the marketing department
Act as a marketing representative to IT for SalesForce.com related needs
Assist in executing on Data Strategies
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and possible solutions
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of Marketing Analytics experience
Proven leader of Marketing Analytics team
Highly skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SQL, MS PowerBi
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical thinking
A focus on accuracy
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail
Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
Experience with a software or hi-tech company
Experience working with software such People Ai, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com
BS / BA Degree
MBA or +10 years relevant experience
