A winning, high-performance team of creative, smart, and hardworking people are looking for a b2b customer operation manager to join the team.The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing international operations within a fast-growing business.OBJECTIVES & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSService improvement throughout the distribution channel:On time ordersLogistics cost-per-orderIncrease efficiencyReduce processing timesReduce number of exceptions with supplier invoicesReduce logistics costs (operations, overheads) by identifying improvements and fostering changeACTIVITIESCoordination of B2B sales order-related tasks, from order creation to fulfilment, primarily for the North America regionCoordination of Amazon-related tasks, from inventory management toCoordination of EDI flows (direct or indirect via 3PL)3PL management, primarily for the North America regionInventory management: monitor entire North America inbound process and keep systems alignedProduct data management: EAN/UPC code management and SAP master data alignmentCost and performance analyses of distribution processes and tasksRequirementsAn excellent track record for achieving high-efficiency levels in Operations (materials management, stock control, supply planning)Accuracy, an ability to cope well under pressure, prioritise workload and multitaskingExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficiency in inventory management softwareAn analytical mind with strong math skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesEducated to at least degree levelExperience: Minimum of 5-10 yearsIndustries: FMCGLanguages: English plus a second European language shall be beneficialCompany DescriptionMINERVA Research Labs is an innovative company in the nutricosmetic sector, developing and marketing one of the fastest-growing, premium product ranges in the UK.
