WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a B2B Performance Analyst Hybrid for our Digital Hub Team.
You will be responsible for setting up the best in class ecommerce strategy to optimize sales. Additionally, youll manage all SEO campaigns to maximize ROI.
This position is located in our Barcelona (Viladecans) HQ.
WHAT YOULL DO :
Hybrid responsibilities between performance & Business Information, with main focus on performance.
Budget control for each campaign.
Control of digital agencies.
Create, conceptualize and develop ideas in any digital field.
Ability to optimize and propose improvements that help achieve better results in the different digital campaigns.
Preparation of reports and presentations of the results of the campaigns.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Degree in Digital MKT, Business or similar
+2 years of experience in a similar role (Ecommerce B2B/B2C); Digital Marketing, Technology and Customer Development)
Experience and domain (medium-high) of digital platforms and tools: Google Ads, Social Ads (Business Manager), Tag Manager, Google Adsense, Semrush, Google Analytics, social networks, blogs, email marketing …
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to plan, execute and measure autonomously.
Knowledge in digital design will be valued (we have our own team, but we do want you to have the capacity and knowledge to propose in relation to the design of banners, advertisements in different social ad formats, improvements in landings …).
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Must Have a Problem-Solving Attitude, being Data & Results driven and having excellent project management skills such as Organisation, Communication and Collaboration.
Languages: Fuent level of English & Spanish
