The selected person will join as Administrator of the project “Barcelona UOC Chair in Digital Economics for a Collaborative Economy”, in the DIMMONS research group of the IN3 of the University, a project that contributes to develop the opportunities and possibilities of transformation that digital economy provides in the postcovid context and in the different areas, with the ultimate goal of generating a social impact in Barcelona.
With direct dependence on the Principal Investigator of the project, the following tasks will have to be carried out:
Coordinate and execute administrative requests for the hiring of professionals with expertiseTake responsibility for the channel of attention to users and participants in business promotion programs, receive requests and resolve questions, doubts, etc.Execute the development plan of the digital business promotion program for the purposes of the tasks with trainers, active participants and dynamizers of the program, as well as the production of the events that form part of the projectTake responsibility for requesting materials from trainers/facilitators of DIMMONS projects and managing contracts with suppliersCoordinate meetings with the UOCs governing bodies and contact the members of the programMonitor and control the budget, invoices and other relevant aspectsOnline council / production of digital training events (video connections, etc.)
There will be a contract for 9 months part-time (full-time 38.5 h/w) with incorporation scheduled for March 15.
The workplace is located at the UOC’s Poblenou headquarters (District [email protected]), although as long as the pandemic lasts, it will be full-time teleworking.
