As a part of eCommerce team you will have direct contact with our customers who seek support and advise in their purchase process. Key part of the role is to lead directly to solution by managing backoffice and supply chain processes, providing all client communications.

It is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end customer support, improve user experience and online reputation management. As a result, Customer Service Trainee would increase sales efficiency in digital channels. Students or graduates of Communication, Supply Chain and related fields are welcome. We require high level of English.


Cooperate with eCommerce, Product and Supply Chain team
Direct Support of client requests in digital channels via chat, email and phoneManage backoffice of brand site orders in Spain and UKProvide advise for color cosmetics productsFollow-up and manage customer experience reviews (eg. Google, Amazon, Trustpilot)Help Supply Chain Department with the online deliveries: track the orders and solve incidences.
You will have relationship with the B2C WarehouseInvoicing orders
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Fluency in English and SpanishPassionate about beatyNegotiation skillsGood domain of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)Willing to learn, plan and adapt in fast-growing environmentCMS management or eCommerce experience in a plus
