NGA HR Alight Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated corporate attorney to become part of a collaborative in-house legal team. TheCommercial Senior Manager will:
Draft, revise and negotiate all types of technology and commercial contracts including cloud service agreements, licensing agreements, BPaaS, NDAs, subcontractor, partner and vendor agreements, technology development and license agreements.Serve as an escalation point on the same.Support and enforce best practices and templates for use in general commercial matters and identify practical business solutions for closing the deal while avoiding and/or reducing legal risk.Provide training to internal clients on the content of and compliance with the Companys agreements and policies.Support Customer Experience and Delivery organizations with client disputes.External counsel managementQuickly grasp and maintain a thorough understanding of the various Company offerings and solutions.Support the Company Secretary function on corporate governance matters.
7-10 years relevant experience practicing business and corporate law including technology transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office components (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in SaaS, BPaaS and BPO models.Proficient in English (speaking and writing).Prior management of 1 or more legal professionals.Strong knowledge of risk allocation in contract negotiations.Strong leadership and negotiating skills.Substantive knowledge and experience with technology transactions, IP, data governance, information security and GDPR.

French, Dutch, German, Spanish language capabilities a plus.Prior experience in a global company.Prior experience in multi-country payroll and HR solutions industry (i.e. workforce management, time, talent administration, benefits).
