Customer Service & Administration Assistant

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our ABLOY Critical Infrastructure team in Spain, within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. In this role, you will ensure a smooth flow of the order from its receipt and entry into the information system until the moment of its dispatch. Through customer-oriented communication, you will ensure the timely delivery of customer requirements to the purchasing or shipping department and thus help customers with the timely delivery of the order. This is a great opportunity to work in the dynamic global organisation! The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, a detail driven and flexible, can-do attitude person who has great problem-solving skills. The role requires customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills. The position will be located in Madrid area, Spain.

What you will be doing
Telephone and email communication with the customers (switchboard)

Receiving, sorting incoming and outgoing mail

Processing of customer sales orders in the system

Operational solution of delivery complications – delivery delays, incomplete delivery, damaged goods

Handling accounts receivables

Maintaining an efficient and organized filing system

Wide variety of duties, including general administrative tasks and marketing support as needed

What we are looking for
At least Associate’s Degree or other similar in the field of Business, Administration or related

Previous experience in customer service and administration

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Spanish and English

Flexible and adaptable for new challenges and tasks

Familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience working with ERP environment for sales processes (Microsoft AX2009, SAP)
