The Market Customer Supply Chain Head is directly responsible/accountable for the customer interfacing Supply Chain functions, i.e. Demand Forecasting and Customer Services & Logistics incl. NPI, InMarket Supply and Repacking. And forms first point of contact for Market GMs.
Provide functional input into the market strategic plan and contribute through local cross-functional collaboration to the budget and latest outlook activities.
Translate Regional/Area Supply Chain strategy into local implementation plan.
Key part of Supply chain team to deliver CH objectives (delivering excellence in customer service, supporting the commercial business in Margin growth and end to end WC reduction).
Single point of accountability for end-to-end Supply Chain Quality, Service and Cost and contribute to flawless collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, QA and Supply Chain.
Drive customer collaboration to improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
To better understand the needs and expectations of our customers, to improve the way we manage every aspect of our supply chain.
Champion the customer throughout the E2E supply chain through outside in thinking.
Set performance metrics objectives and drive rigorous Performance Management to improve performance in line with business expectation (case fill, cost to serve, W&D as % of Rev, Forecast accuracy) in alignment with area/regional objectives.
Best in class order to invoice processes and enhanced customer service.
Implement warehouse, distribution, repacking, call centers Best Practices to secure quality and efficacy of GSK CH products.
Drive down combined primary and secondary distribution as well as warehousing cost within respective commercial area.
Accountable for the Supply Chain management team and customers for the end-to-end supply chain.
Deliver continuous improvement to increase productivity within the Supply Chain from Demand Forecasting to deliver to Customers, achieving tangible results in inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, customer service, lead-time reduction, cost reduction.
Contribute to the flawless implementation of CCC blueprint.
Lead the market Supply team covering Demand Forecasting, Customer Service and Logistics.
Part of the local Leadership Team and is the single point of contact/escalation for Market General Managers on end-to-end Supply Chain Performance.
Provide the ability to optimize the business delivery and P&L at the Regional level, including full single-point accountability for end-to-end supply chain.
Focus the end-to-end supply chain on aligning to deliver against customer needs/demand at the area/ market level.
Drive functional excellence supported by Area CSC team and by GSK shared service.
Drive customer collaboration and improvement projects to become first choice for our customer.
Build strong links to the central Move Product and Logistics function and use them to help transforming regional CSC by applying best in class practices.
