Centre of Excellence role for Demand Planning at Sector (Europe) level
Drives Demand Planning capability build and sustain for a group of Business Units (all categories)
Ensures there is a strong value realization agenda in his/her Demand Planning space
Accountabilities:

From a BU perspective

Steer / own the capability roadmap : Drive (in collaboration with your BU DP teams) the roadmap with 2-3y rolling visibility – aligned with the sector strategy
Support /Lead big transformational initiatives E.g. Lead enhanced iS&OE deployment / Support new Planning Tools rollouts
Support /Lead kaizen initiatives: Ensure there is always a pipeline of “limited scope” actions that deliver relevant benefits in the short-mid term
Support the DP community: Single point of contact for the BU team on any DP capability topic (people, process and tool)
Business facing person for any centrally delivered DP service (e.g. analytics)

From a sector / CoE perspective

DP performance management on a monthly basis report / ensure cont. improv. for your corresponding BUs
Participate in End-To-End Supply Chain Planning innovation together with rest of sector peers
Qualifications/Requirements
MSc (Engineering or technical degree preferred) – Any Supply Chain Management Master Degree would be valued
5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience in a FMCG environment (F&B / Promotionally driven will be valued)
Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain Management
Good understanding of SC Planning tools: JDA (advanced) and SAP / SAP APO
Highly disciplined in data and documentation management
Highly skilled in Excel (SQL programming will be valued)
Strong Project Management skills
Relational / Communication skills (including Power Point proficiency)
Ability to work very effectively in an independent as well as team environment
Writing, communication, organizational, and decision making skills to a high standard and in fluent English (the working language). Other European languages will be valued.
Highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Awareness of PepsiCo’s business / IT landscape will be valued
Your competence / skill levels should allow you to act / be perceived as a professional ROLE MODEL by the DP professionals you support
