This position is responsible for coordinating the link between the manufacturing units/stations and the supply and demand population or other manufacturing unit, by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries until the part is available in stock. They act as an interface between manufacturing customers, program, quality, physical logistics, planning and ordering population within the site and between AIRBUS sites.

To ensure the demands in the system in order to perform the A400M FAL industrial plan.
To get, agree and follow-up delivery dates from all FAL suppliers.
Control, management and monitoring of rejected parts in order to make work the secondary flow.
Support to Services through parts transfer and loans.
Assignments of priorities and relocations.
Review and solve logistic issues.
Support at shop floor level to production control service.
Support to tool development in order to reduce work in progress (WIP) through the application of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence techniques to the manufacturing A400M historical information.
Visibility of FAL missing parts, rejections, CAs and CIs reports.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Production
Around 5 years of Project and Team Management will be a plus.
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
Experience in managing people and conflicts.
Advanced level in English.
Advanced level in Spanish.
German or French would be an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to propose new ideas.
