Job Description
Within MRO of Light Transport Aircraft, the main tasks for this position are:
1-Support to Production to assure deliveries
2-To coordinate with Customer all aspects of the work.
3-Coordination of resources and solutions to accomplish the work.
4-Achieve goals relative to Cost, Quality and Customer delivery.
5-Setting up the high level schedule of the work, coordinating its execution.
6-Follow up of approved schedule.
7-Consolidate the plan and scheduling for all the task related to the work
8-Management and coordination of information to customers and Program office before and when aircraft is under maintenance.
9-Support to the definition of industrial plan for customer when required
10-Support Risk management and mitigation plan for Maintenance activities
11-Support main subcontractors when need on site or in their facilities.
12-Support to MRO network in Maintenance issues upon request.
13-Coordination of resources and formation with M&L FAL
14-Provide support finance to generate financial reports
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Production
Around 5 years of Project and Team Management
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
Experience in managing people and conflicts.
Advanced level in English.
Advanced level in Spanish.
German or French would be an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
