Owner of the Export & Import administration process for projects. The position will act as the main point of contact for Export & Import questions, including coordination with BU, Warehouse, Emerson homologated agent and customer forwarder

Owns customer relationship as single point of contact during post-production phase: packing, logistic, Export & Import. Keeps customer informed of potential order issue or status about delivery.Has final decision for forwarders disputes or Trade Compliance Export & Import issuesReceives and handles internal requests for export purposes & customsReceives and handles oficial requests for import purposes & customsSupervises Emerson homologated agentFully involved when an Export & Import No standard process if requiredCoordination with BU, Warehouse, Emerson homologated agent and customer forwarderProvides business information reports related to Export & ImportExpediting process to assure delivery on promised dateAssures that all the transactions are done according to the laws and regulations that govern the process of Export & Import (Emerson policy, Spanish regulation, EU regulation, EEUU regulation and the United Nations regulation). Escalates doubts and issues to the oficial gatekeeper.Pre-account payable process for all Export & Import custom agent’s invoices

International Trade Education is recommendedProficiency in laws and regulations that govern the process of export & importExperience working with forwarders and customs agents is neededUnderstanding of international trade complianceUnderstanding of business administration processGood communications skills in English – written and spoken
