As a Group Product Manager – Policy Management (f/m/d) you will lead a team of Product Managers across multiple domains which support our platform’s Policy Management capabilities. Domains include Policy, Insurance Product and Distribution which focus on advancing an ambitious strategy to develop scalable platform capabilities which meet the needs of our brokers and insurance carriers partners. The role will collaborate closely with Platform Tool’s team, Platform Service’s peers, engineering managers, distribution and carrier partners.This is a highly-visible role with both internal and external stakeholders, which will require a high level of professional maturity.

In this role you will :

Leverage your exceptional product management skills to drive best practices and product delivery for our platform service offering.
Develop a deep understanding of the global insurance marketplace, insurtech competitive landscape and user requirements for both brokers and insurance carriers.
Collaborate with executive leadership, peers and product manager teams in the strategic planning process, advancing wefox’s ambitious platform vision.
Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration across the entire product development team, geography leaders and insurance carrier partners.
Leading a team of product managers supporting their growth through effective performance management and by providing relevant and timely feedback, in support of individual professional development goals.
What you bring

Insurance industry knowledge with emphasis on insurance contracts (tariffs), pricing, commissions, distribution and carriers.
Four or more years of product management experience and two or more leading product managers with demonstrated experience building high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field of study, or equivalent practical experience. MBA is a plus.
A proven ability to define and execute a product management vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussions with engineering leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, taking a collaborative approach to engagement with a track-record of on time delivery.
Excellence in communication skills both written and verbal. Fluent in English is a must. Other European languages are a bonus.
Experience developing a platform product offerings.
Having a passion for driving disruptive change within a mature industry.
