The role of Human Resources Operations Partner provides support & leadership in varying range of organizational and human resources related themes, from recruiting & talent management to complex strategic, organizational projects. Being part of the European HR Operations team, we will count on your technical and experiential knowledge and insights, to help us execute and shape our organization, our HR plan. You will provide proactive and innovative solutions to business challenges and contribute to HR elements of the business area’s changing agenda.
You will be working from the Manufacturing site in Cartagena Spain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support and leadership for the full scope of the HR disciplines, including professional and personnel relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, organizational design and change, communications, career development, recruitment and selection.
Work closely with other HR team members to deploy specific functional policies and participate in improving HR processes, aligned with business priorities.
Execute and track progress of identified project assignments effectively and prioritizes based on business criticality. Identifies improvement opportunities, provides justification, and translates these into actions.
Participate in annual talent review cycle including organization strategy, performance management processes, succession planning, learning & development, manager and employee training.
Support the maintenance of constructive relationships with different stakeholders, contributing to insurance of positive employee relations` climate.
Coach managers at all levels in building core leadership capabilities to maximize organizational effectiveness and creating an inspiring work environment for their teams.
Ensure full compliance of related regulations and the application of corporate policies and procedures in all undertakings.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Science, Psychology or similar.
6 – 9 years’ experience within Human Resources in similar roles.
Fluent in Spanish & English

Preferred
Human Resources Master’s degree
Knowledge of project-based working with human resources subject-matter expertise
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Ability to work in matrix organizations & develop relationships to drive common agenda
Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical capabilities & conceptual thinking
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Communication skills
Strong result-orientation
