Evolution is a young and rapidly growing enterprise with +15 years experience helping deeptech ventures gain access to public/private funding for R&D projects and the commercialisation of new technologies.
We support our clients in their path to market introduction of innovative products, processes and services.
Today we are a team of 64 outstanding professionals working with startups and scaleups across EU 18 countries + Israel, and are quickly expanding further our geographical presence and service portfolio. Our client base (with +500 clients) stretches across various industries, including transportation, energy, cleantech, medtech, robotics, aviation, nanomateriales, agriculture, health, environment or other industrial processes, carrying on more than 350 annual projects.
We also promote entrepreneurship and hard science-based innovation by supporting the process of knowledge transfer between companies and institutions, by helping ventures access tax incentives and by connecting technologies and people in the ecosystem where it is needed most.
As we are constantly growing our Sales Operations and Strategy department needs a new evolutioner for the team to help us with an Inbound Sales and Marketing manager role.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Develop and execute Inbound sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with Business Development leaders, Marketing and the
Sales Operations and Strategy Manager – Leading both strategic and operational initiatives from ideation to analytics to execution
Work with Marketing to create relevant content to increase current inbound lead generation
Inbound channel optimization.
To generate a constant flow of qualified leads for our Business Development teams, who own the Account Executive/Manager roles.
Interface with Business Development and Marketing departments to
support the generation of strategic/up-to-date content in support of the inbound strategy.
Maintain and improve analytics by providing analysis of relevant data to optimize strategy.
Support in the optimization of CRM and other relevant tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
Constantly look for alternative initiatives, prioritizing the ones that build pipeline and drive sales volume and new tools to increase efficiency and impact.
Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish team and Evolution objectives.

What do you need to join our team?
Previous experience

Minimum 3 year previous experience in a similar role and in an international environment.
Minimum 2 year previous experience with integration of sales tools integration into websites to convert website traffic into inbound leads.
Minimum 1 year previous experience working with any CRM and other relevant tools, relevant sales and analytics techniques and software.


Self motivated,
Growth mindset,
Strong analytical skills,


University degree specialized in administration business or international markets/commerce.
Bilingual level of English and Spanish is key.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valuable further education

Digital marketing skills related to SEO, SEM, etc
Experience working in/managing remote teams.
Leadership experience.
Experience with Google Workspace.

Work permit

Having Spanish nationality, work permit or residence permit is a must.
