We have a fabulous opportunity that has arisen in the Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona for an Information Security Analyst to join our fast paced, dynamic and responsive IT security function. Your role

The TDC Information Security Analyst role will introduce you to the fast paced, challenging, dynamic and exciting world of information and cyber security.

You’ll be at the centre of the action, helping ensure that we deliver Zurich’s security mandate by:

Working across Zurich’s Information Security organisation to successfully deliver security related projects into the TDC.
Providing guidance, direction and support to TDC’s application development and maintenance teams to help ensure they are compliant with Zurich’s security framework and standards.
Delivering information security training and awareness across TDC, in close collaboration with Group’s Security Education & Awareness.
Performing security operations while partnering with local stakeholders such as IT & Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Office Management, etc.
Ensuring TDC remains compliant with our Group Security and Data Privacy policies and standards, and related external laws and regulations (i.e. European GDPR, Spanish Personal Data Protection Law).
Developing, producing and enhancing Security reporting (scorecards) to help ensure key stakeholders understand the security posture of the TDC.
Being the ‘go to’ person for the mitigation and resolution of security weaknesses at TDC.

Your skills and experience

As an Information Security Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or related subject.
At least 3 – 5 years’ experience working in an IT environment.
At least 1-2 years security experience.
Be trustworthy and have a high moral compass and integrity levels.
Excellent communication ability, with exceptional challenging and questioning skills.
Ability to work independently and autonomously in a global organization.
Ability to learn, develop and apply knowledge in a constant changing and evolving environment.
Good technical understanding of IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
Understanding of Information Security governance, risk and compliance methodologies, control framework and processes.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Desirable

Professional Security Qualifications such as CISA, CISM and CISSP (otherwise, training will be provided)
