You are an experienced and passionate executive who will provide high value to Zurichs in-house asset management teams globally based on your experience with Bloombergs Assets and Investment Manager System (Bloomberg AIM) and your expertise in asset management and trading processes
As an Investment Front Office Solutions Manager your main responsibilities will involve
Ensure the solution runs effectively and fulfills agreed requirements, working with Bloomberg as a business partner as well as all internal teams as required
Ensure Zurich articulates clear requirements for Bloomberg AIM, collaborating closely with our Regional Investment Managers, Chief Investment Officers, Heads of Asset Management, Heads of Middle Office and Local Compliance Officers and their teams in multiple countries, as well as owners of up- or downstream systems as required
Orchestrate functional scope and manage change and development for the solution, including scoping, roadmap, prioritization, budgets, onboarding and other change projects
Build, maintain and coach global community of Bloomberg users and anticipate further needs
Lead the provider interfaces, both in business as usual and in change, oversee contracts and financials and proactively solve issues
Closely collaborate with local Compliance teams in order to supervise, update and maintain compliance rules and portfolio guidelines and provide compliance reports to senior management
With your small team provide product administration like setting up users, portfolios, instruments, ensuring smooth data flow from upstream and to downstream systems, including relevant governance requirements and processes
Oversee service level agreements, invoicing and charging to local entities for the solution, working closely with investment expense controller
Support actively process documentation in terms of functional description, business user guides and or other manuals
Your Skills and Experience
As an Investment Front Office Solutions Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor or Master´s degree
Expert in Asset Management, Front- and Middle Office Processes for Securities
Expert in Bloomberg AIM and PORT
Expert in partner relationship management, in particular roadmap and feature planning, contracting, negotiation, financial management, problem solving
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Proven success as an achiever and proactive problem solver
Experience in influencing and communicating with international stakeholders
Experience in working with international teams and stakeholders
Experience in managing a small team
Strong project management expertise would be considered a plus
Ideally understanding of interface to back-office and accounting solutions such as SAP FSCM
Primary work location is Barcelona.
We expect the candidate to spend physical time with the teams in the locations in Europe and occasionally overseas, around 20% of your time.
