We are looking for a Network Engineer to join the IT Operations Team, which is responsible for the 24/7 support of the company’s network infrastructure. It will also be a key part in the process of IT services deployment and implementation of new projects.
How Will Success Be Evaluated?
Quality, accuracy and speed in the analysis and resolution of request reported by the second line of support.
Quality, accuracy and speed in the implementation of tasks assigned by the line manager.
Quality and accuracy in incident reports.
Response in On-Call service.
Quality and performance in the implementation of new projects as a member of a team.
Quality in the creation of documentation.
Achievement of the objectives set by the line manager.
Design and administrate enterprise-level network.
Installation and maintenance of datacenter equipment.
Configuration and support of cloud networks.
Infrastructure deployment with IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
Configuration and maintenance of the Monitoring System.
Availability to perform punctual software and hardware maintenance work after-hours.
Preforming the On-Call support
Support of the patching, provisioning and configuration system tool.
Creation and maintenance of internal documentation
+3 years of experience with Cisco and Juniper Networks.
Strong knowledge in static routing & routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF & BGP.
Experience with enterprise-level network design, engineering, and administration.
Experience with Datacenter equipment (planning, installation and maintenance)
Experience with Cisco ASA and NGFW, Routers and Switches
Experience with the site to site and remote client VPNs
Experience with Juniper MX Routers and SRX Firewalls
Experience with PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana and/or other monitoring platforms.
Experience with Syslog platforms (Logstash, Kibana, etc…).
Experience with Hardening standards.
Experience with DDOS protection standards.
Update and maintain documentation of networks and systems.
Skills to work under stress conditions.
Ability to learn quickly new systems and technologies with the rest of the team.
Excellent attitude while dealing with the client.
Ability to work in a business environment for betting / e-gaming.
Administration of tasks from the beginning to the delivery. Ability to continue work initiated by other members of the department.
