Division Summary:

Cigna Wellbeing is the leading provider of wellbeing products, services and content for global employee populations on behalf of Cigna International markets. Role Summary :

The junior product manager will be responsible for a portfolio of Health and Wellbeing Products and look after the end-to-end customer experience for each of those products

Function as part of a Wellbeing product team to build a combined roadmap and prioritize enhancements and changes to products and identify synergies between them to construct a customer whole health experience

Support head of product as needed on management of various assets including interphase with third parties and other teams within Cigna

Contribute to the design and evolution of Wellbeing product governance processes

Help to construct value proposition and drive engagement for assigned portfolio of products through collaboration with GWS marketing and regional marketing and commercial teams

Duties :

Manage assigned portfolio of health and wellbeing products in the following ways:

Working with head of product and stake holders from businesses to determine needed capabilities

Manage roadmap and back log of each of the digital products in portfolio to ensure development prioritization reflects business needs and development team has clarity on priorities

Work with development team to specify features and functionalities of digital product set to enable their development

Collaborate with other functional partners, including marketing, business intelligence, operations and other platform owners to ensure that digital products are properly integrated into other platforms that are part of the user experience, implementation of new instances are supported, appropriate promotional material is being developed and updated, and needed reporting is being implemented

Work with BI and engagement analytics team to monitor key metrics and determine potential needed improvements or adjustments as a result

Support sales and client management as needed to answer questions and resolves escalated issues

Work with operations both in TH&N and across business lines, to ensure proper support procedures are in place

Interphase with third party vendors that may be responsible for components of the product

Ideal candidates will have:

Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in either marketing and communications or information technology. Master’s Degree a plus.

2+ years in product management, or comparable roles. Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.

Experience working with both technology and service based products ideal

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience working with third parties is a plus

Creativity and focus with an ability to execute on ideas quickly, decisively and with a variety of levels of seniority, teams and resources within and outside of the organisation.

Goal oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed; a quick learner who is adept at managing through ambiguity, confident in proposing innovative solutions, and able to drive results independently.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Strong relationship management skills and team player who can collaborate with internal and external partners to drive results by fostering collaboration and securing buy-in.

Proven ability and comfort working directly with senior level business leaders.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, research and information gathering skills.

Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and content management solutions

Extremely strong adaptive capability; ability to approach problems pragmatically and creatively in the phase of changing circumstances, resources and direction

The individual will have the ability and confidence to work with minimal supervision and independently with business partners to drive progress and results. The role provides exposure and experience across the International business, and an opportunity to partner with peers and leaders across multiple functional areas.
