Reporting to Marketing Givenchy Director, the Marketing Trainee will collaborate in the elaboration and implementation of the annual Marketing Plan of the 3 axes: fragrance, make up and skin care according to the guidelines, adapting them to the local market. Also, they will give support to Givenchy Marketing and the Trade Marketing team.


Support the Givenchy Marketing team in the elaboration, follow up and execution of the Marketing Plan in Spain
Support the coordination of tasks in commercial cycles: prepare documents, template, delivery notes, delegated boxes and sales foldersSupport in translations/review Marketing toolsDownload work documents and visual tools from French platforms, as well as make them known to all the teams
Create references and manage them in COGNOS
Manage and coordinate weekly ordersEFAST control, updating and follow upManage marketing stock in the officeLogistic Letter / Reporting monthly Left Overs and Factor 5
DIS Chart
Flash: collect all dpt information and manage the deadline and templates, as well as contentParticipate in “Brainstormings”, looking for new ideas and actions to increase sales, and execute all Brand actionsVisit the POS in launches and special actions
Competition reports
Economics / Marketing DegreeTools: Microsoft Office, AS400, EDI, Photoshop.Fluent in English and FrenchAvailable to sign an agreement with the university
