Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our diverse team in Atos Tenerife. On this role we offer the chance to be involved in different activities – Service Delivery, Finance and People management for all Unit teams across the respective GBU Tower or Global Account.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage offshore projects, so as handle the onshore optimization of delivery centers.

Improve quality of service and service costs with Tower Service Operation Managers, drive SEV1 reduction plans.

Ensure the compliance of quality and regulatory standards, purchasing strategies, architecture and portfolio within the Unit.

Run execution of internal projects to meet QOS.

Responsible and accountable for budget and cost-saving processes. This includes budget forecasting, updates and actuals follow-ups. Achieve supervise and report efficiency, offshore and WU targets across all teams in the Tower.

Define, roll out & manage global methods, tools, KPI’s, reference technical architecture.

Responsible for the Tower Unit Lean and Off-shoring forecasting, updates, follow-up and alignment with PEP in the GBU Tower / Global Account.

Provide leadership and support people management process, making sure that the right resource strategy for development and retention is in place and be accountable for the overall hiring or dismissing needs.

Key Skills

Proficient English; other languages would be considered as an advantage.

At least 1-2 years of experience in prior (IT related) projects or experience in leading small sized projects.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lead and coach the workforce.

Deep Microsoft Office knowledge and Experience in Service Desk.

Ability to work under minimum supervision and proactively perform your own duties through planning, time optimization, detail orientation and prioritization.

Strong commercial awareness.

Availability to work on 24×7 shifts.

Previous experience in other GCM Functions would be a plus.
