Job Description
A vacancy for a Programs and Operations Controller has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Spain (Illescas). You will join the Business Controlling team of Illescas (FCODC).
You will be part of a dynamic organisation acting as a Business Partner for Illescas, supporting strategic business decision and ensuring Financial Performance monitoring for Illescas production.
Tasks & accountabilities
You will be in charge of:
Controlling the recurring and non-recurring cost of A350 Program for Illescas plant.
Support financially different areas in Illescas Plant: Production, Programs, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, etc. on decision making process.
Manage targets set by Programs (recurring cost & non-recurring and) through convergence process. Drive performance management and improvement
Propose mitigation actions if needed to support discussions and decision making at Management level.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.
Contribute to earned value management when required and contributes to cash planning.
Ensure timely and meaningful planning & reporting (OP, Forecast process)
Establish consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools).
Represent Finance in the different Plant AOS routines and regular meetings.
Required skills
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Finance Controlling knowledge
Team spirit and interpersonal skills
Agility in problem solving
High level of autonomy
Language Skills: Negotiation level of English
