As an Associate (A) you will consult with clients to identify, clarify, and solve critical issues regarding to their operations, business IT and production/shop floor IT and automation systems, among others, by
Assisting in the development of the analytical framework and work steps for each engagement
Directing rigorous and independent quantitative analysis
Translating the analysis into high business impact conclusions and recommendations
Identifying opportunities to enhance operations performance, including opportunities or synergies that involve new digital and automation technologies, supply chain strategies or process redesign
Generating ideas that use business and manufacturing IT, to improve key business, logistics and production processes, fostering innovation, improving speed, cutting costs, adding value
Advising and guiding the business in business process improvement, harmonization and in the required change management
Producing clear, persuasive and concisely written materials
Delivering presentations both internally and externally
Meeting with clients to assure engagement progress
Assuring the delivery of quality work by leading teams of business analysts
Providing implementation assistance as required


As an A you’ll lead a key portion of an engagement, applying a broad range of problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to provide a tangible – high impact solution to the client.

Among other aspects, you’ll be required to:
Define, initiate and ensure completion of analytical tasks to meet agreed-upon objectives
Draw significant conclusions from analysis and identify implications for the client situation
Customize standard tools with minimal guidance
Apply leading-edge analysis techniques
Formulate technological recommendations based on assigned analytical tasks
Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Information Technologies or processes
Participate in the information gathering and design process for technologies or processes implementation
Provide training to key clients and end users
Create proposal and presentation outlines for assigned casework consistent with corporate standards
Coach other staff on the creation of deliverables
