For one of our clients in Barcelona, a leading company in the tech and digital sector, we are currently recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Outbound Sales Executive.

Your objective is to engage and obtain high potential advertisers, and subsequently, persuade them to incorporate a range of marketing products into their current marketing strategies.
Through outbound calls, acquire new advertisers
Maintain and consolidate database of customers
Understand and qualify your clients requirements and objectives, and offer the appropriate online marketing strategies and solutions
Develop your sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins
Create unique Customer Experience and ensure that clients expectations are met
Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services
Handle and resolve customer’s inquiries
Execute and achieve your sales targets
You have a native level of Dutch and speak English on a fluent business level
You have min. 1 year of experience within a B2B outbound sales role this is a must!
Experience in online marketing or digital marketing is a big plus
You are pro-active, self-starter and motivated by targets
You have a professional attitude and business acumen
You have the “do not give up” attitude
You are eager to learn and further develop
You have the ability to adapt and communicate with high-level executives
You have excellent communication skills both written and oral
You have strong organization and prioritization skills
You have a strong team spirit, willingness to support your co-workers when needed
You are open-minded, with the willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment
Full-time contract, 39h/week
Competitive salary package: 23.876 gross/year + up 3.407 gross/year in bonus
