We are looking for a People Analytics Partner to join our team. You will be managing and analyzing People data at TravelPerk in order to create useful insights for all People initiatives. This is an instrumental position, reporting directly to our VP of People and will enable the People team to enable TravelPerk to continue to scale by utilising rich data sets and deep analysis to facilitate conversations and assist in our data-driven decision making. What you will do:

Building infrastructures and best practices of measurement and reporting that reflect all the essential information regarding employees
Design and implement HR metrics & dashboards
Develop quantitative & qualitative HR data analysis to drive people and talent strategy & initiatives globally
Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information, information into insight and insight into people and talent strategies / plans
Use data to investigate and help resolve all people team challenges and opportunities associated with hyper-growth
Apply visualization techniques to facilitate conversations and assist in decision making
Support the People team management group with visual data analysis to facilitate conversations and assist in decision making
Performing a benchmark of global trends in talent management and bringing them up for discussion

What you need:

Undergraduate degree required; degree in business analytics, statistics, math, computer science, economics or similar
At least 5 years of relevant analytical experience, interpreting HR data including relevant tools, techniques, and technology
Experience working within a global tech savvy environment
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, resource requirements and meet deadlines
Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insight from large datasets
Expert PPT and Excel skills
Experience with HRIS/ various HR platforms (such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Zendesk) is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to develop data insights & strategic recommendations
Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, across multiple countries and cultures
Experience working within Hyper-growth People analytics environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
Excellent analytical skills
Proven ability to design and implement HR metrics & dashboards
Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and programming tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python, etc.) is a plus; willingness to learn Tableau and Alteryx is a must
Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data
Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators

Flexible Work Policy

You will need to be based in one of our hub countries, some positions are only open in specific locations
We will require you to travel to the office hub in your country once or twice per week depending on your position
In addition, every quarter you will be required to travel to an office hub location for up to 5 days to meet with your whole team
We have flexible working hours to fit around your life
Team members that want to go to the office more are welcome to!
