What is the purpose of this role?
The Capabilities & BI Manager purpose will be:
Growth Mindset: Contribute in driving our Commercial & Sales Force Effectiveness agenda for Friberia based on strong KPIs monitoring to deliver our plan numbers and ensure strong “play above target” mindset in the organization.
Customer & Shopper Obsession: Being an effectiveness partner to drive the overall capability roadmap for Commercial teams, produce the critical content to support capability needs, partner with markets to understand their needs and collaborate to prioritize their capability agenda. Deliver on consumer and customer obsession and win with Key Accounts and Sales Reps.
Execution Power House: Effectively identify and optimize Company Systems and applications (Power BI, CRM, Visibility tracking, Constracts Apps, etc) to maximize Sales Force Effectiveness (Pharmacy, Mass Market, Expert).
Main Responsibilities
Business Intelligence:
Business Partnering with Commercial teams working closely to understand the requirements and translate that into a reporting solution.
Be the super-user for Power BI to our SFE & CRM team in our cluster ensuring training to teams, allowing them to build their own reports.
Define with Customer Marketing and Channel Sales Directors the standard reporting systems to ensure a simple KPI’s tracking systems
Develop and manage BI solutions through the cooperation with Commercial teams to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data.
Lead Power BI Roadmap of Friberia makets to improve business visibility and track the proper KPIs implementing synergies across the markets.
Support the team in implementing new Power BI reports and daily dashboards to track the business performance per market.
Implements and monitors of a business intelligence model to enhance business decision making in Commercial Department (Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing) identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
Review and validate business data as it’s collected as well as perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies and to ensure the data collection and utilization.
Sales Capabilities:
Lead Sales excellence trainings, development and talent management and programme across Friberia markets.
Deliver on consumer and customer obsession and win with Key Accounts and Sales Reps developing Friberia capability roadmap and attached training assets to upskill sales organization in selected topics (including: JBP, Negotiation, Influencing Others, etc).
Develop Capabilities Plan on how to improve GSK position within customer ranking, both OTC and MM and continuos follow-up on key development programmes.
Define global KPI’s regarding capability development to address business needs.Track and report these regularly.
Develop strong working relationship with ComEx & Tech counterparts in Region and markets.Understand the business needs of the Markets and align on capability requirements to address business priorities and coordinate on our Tech roadmap.
What are the requirements?
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
High English and French level.
Strong communication skills and a high level of resilience.
Digital services skills (Power BI, SQL server, Tableau, data analysis and integration).
At least 3 years’ experience as Digital Services, Category, Trade, Sales or Finance preferably in Consumer Health care or FMCG.
Background in business administration, marketing, sales or related field.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand the commercial and financial impact of decisions and risks from a short term and strategic perspective
Ability to team up with various people in different levels and departments within the organisation and high level of assertiveness
Work across boundaries – must have excellent collaboration skills
