For our Nutrition division, we are looking for a Product Manager, located in Madrid.
Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive DTC/ HCPs marketing and communications strategies of our Products and tactics that will enhance the organization brands and positioning within consumers / HCPs, the marketplace and the general public.
Define the strategy and model to support new product development and launch to consumers / HCPs.
Analyze market & competitor trends and recommend strategic changes to local and central management based on analysis and feedback.
Ensure articulation of brands desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external
Prepare and implement promotional budgets.
Oversee creation and delivery of Marketing strategies and materials that ensure consumption.
Lead consumers engagement and prioritization in line with Marketing Strategies.
Ensure brand messages are consistent in all DTC/ HCPs contact points.
Gather and analyze consumer/ HCPs insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the brands and growth of market share.
Engage consumers on multiple contact points.
Lead all areas of content generation and production for consumers
Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Develop along with his/her team the Brand Plans align with the central strategy
Develop commercial Innovation for brands.
Ensure the achievement of the financial goals of her/his brands and the responsible investment of DTC / HCPs marketing budget of the group.
Interaction with key stake holders internally (Sales force, Trade, Medical, Regulatory, etc) and externally (agency, patient programs) for the category.
Minimum Education
Bachelor degree in business or related careers. Executive education, Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
Minimum Experience/Training Required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, communications with demonstrated success
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Experience developing and managing budgets,
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing communications and related activities.
