Our Exciting Opportunity!
The role focuses on executing design, audit, and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solutions and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson’s requirements and customer contracts.
Product & Solution Areas:
Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
Support deployment of the solution
Provide feedback to R&D
Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence to build
Very good knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters
Very good understanding of radio interface standards
Show E2E knowledge on Network build and rollout and have competence in RND tools and Engineering Rules.
Contribute to the definition of the operational dashboards for monitoring the status of each running project. Receive from Service Line these updated dashboards to monitor performance.
Be updated on NDO Services and tools Portfolio as well as handle Assessment Gateway Guidelines.
Solid experience in daily Key Performance Indicator analysis and proposal of corrective actions
Anticipate performance issues and proactively propose service opportunities.
Highlight potential risks of network performance degradation (NPD) at project start-up or during project execution. Suggest and drive mitigation actions.
Suggest recovery plans in case of NPD.
Highlight/Prevent quality issues and bottlenecks in the mid-term network evolution.
Be capable of proposing new Ways of Working as well as metrics (such as S-KPIs replacing traditional ones)
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: MS in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum years of experience: 5 years
Demonstrated area of expertise RAN
Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer
Fluent in Spanish as well as English language
Team player but also demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
Consultative approach toward the customer. Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Innovation and proactive attitude
Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds
The following Certifications and knowledge will be valued: GIAP Certification; Acceptance Gateway Certification (K1, K2…); Data Analytics knowledge
