In this role as a Reporting Business Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of the “Analytics and Reporting” team within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with IT functions and a diverse range of end user in different countries and translate their analytical and reporting needs into requirements and solutions.

Your role
As a Reporting and Analytics Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve
Develop analytical, regulatory and operational reports using SAP Business Objects, BEX, SAP Analysis for Office, Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools
Maintain key business applications (based on SAP/BW, BW4/HANA) and support/lead new business initiatives
Perform impact analysis of application changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
Support the continuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services and infrastructure
Provide end-user support/training for global reporting needs
Run requirement gathering workshops; create requirements documents and design concepts
Ensure compliance and data quality

Your Skills and Experience
As a Reporting and Analytics Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst/ business intelligence specialist
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
Strong knowledge of business intelligence principles, data analytics, query design, modelling and reporting front-end tools
Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g. analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of financial processes and investment instruments are a plu
Knowledge of SAP FSCM-FAM is a plus
Spanish language skill is a plus

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Strong skills in SAP/BW & SAP BW4/HANA, Query Design, SAP front-end tools
Advanced skills in modern Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PBI)
Data analysis skills in R/Python are a strong plus
