The Strategic Partner Manager will work directly with the VP, Strategic Partnerships to ensure on an ongoing basis to grow and improve the relationships with the Emburse partners for our Nexonia business unit. This role will be responsible for setting the strategy and engagement to drive opportunities to the Emburse sales channel. The partner manager is responsible for setting the course and liaises across Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Support and Training / Enablement between the partner organization and Emburse to drive leads that turn into SQOs and closed deals. We are looking for MicroSoft Dynamics ISV channel experience.
What you’ll do:
Manage partner relationships to drive sales referrals
Develops and maintains an effective business plan for the assigned strategic partners
Develops and gains agreement for the Emburse Strategic Partner annual plan
Sets the strategy and engagement model for the Emburse Sales and Partners Sales team
Develops influential relationships and sales leads through networking efforts
Discovers and develops new partner integration points and capabilities that increase the velocity of deal flow.
Understand the competitive landscape and prospects needs to effectively position the value of Emburse
Effectively demonstrates EXPENSE and INVOICE SaaS solutions at a high level
Maintains an adequate number of partner meetings to exceed quarterly and annual objectives
Consistently documents partner contacts and communications
Collaborates with Partner management on partner opportunities and obstacles
Collaborates with Partner and Sales management on deals and obstacles
What we’re looking for:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar field Experience
Minimum of 5 years combination of partner engagement and product marketing experience.
Must have MicroSoft Dynamics ISV channel experience.
Deep understanding of product marketing and sales cycles is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with full lifecycle of SaaS implementations
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure partner expectations and deadlines are met
Proven ability to learn new tools
Excellent leadership skills
