4 years of live experience of resolving L1/L2/L3 level of technical incident resolution
Experience in Horizonview environment
Experienced in Vmware ESXi 6.7 and above
Experienced in trouble-shooting AD and DNS issues
Hands-on experience on NTP and DHCP configuration
Knowledge of using Service Now(SNOW) tool for managing incidents, change etc.
Hands-on knowledge on patch management with WSUS
Understanding of antivirus technologies like Trend micro
Knowledge in Hyperflex
Fluency in English is crucial as team is working for a Global Customer
