The Manager Transformation Planning & Insights is combining a number of Project Management related responsibilities with a key focus on analytics and insights. The role will have the following core responsibilities:

Documenting and maintaining, in collaboration and consultation with the CTrO and other Transformation Office team members, the overall Transformation Roadmap for 2021-2023. Create and maintain clear process to track progress against all transformation initiatives and create visibility of risks.
Partnering with Finance and People teams (and other functions where applicable) to align metrics and KPIs, ensuring a consistent understanding and use of metrics across the global organization for the purposes of transformation. Ensuring all team members of Transformation Office have full understanding of these metrics. Represent Transformation Office towards Finance and People reporting teams and establish clear processes between the functions.
Creating and maintaining clear and concise dashboards for all levels of leaders (including CEO and Board) and for all employees to report on progress on our transformation. Leveraging other Transformation Office team members as well as Finance and People teams to provide the necessary data and insights.
What you’ll do
Gather input from all Transformation Office team members to document the full Transformation Plan/Roadmap 2021-2023, aligned to a small number of key focus areas and bringing together all transformation initiatives in one overall transformation plan
Tracking progress against this project plan on a regular basis, using input from the Transformation Office team members and other functions such as Finance and People. Establish clear processes for others to provide updates to maintain up to date view on progress against overall plan
Establish clear change controls for Transformation Plan/Roadmap 2021-2023
Ensure all transformation initiatives have clear and measurable objectives/KPIs and a clearly defined timeline. This role does not need to create these but has to advise other team members on best practice and has to ensure objectives and timelines are defined and documented before any new initiative is accepted for the roadmap.
Managing risk register for Transformation Plan/Roadmap 2021-2023
Create, from the transformation plan and progress status, clear dashboards suitable to different audiences, including CEO/Board, LT, other managers and (to be confirmed) an all-employee audience. Data types will include ‘hard’ data such as Financial metrics, but also progress for focus areas such as company culture, communication or talent management where other types of data may be used
Conduct analysis on data provided and act as advisor to CTrO and other Transformation Office team members to provide insights on our transformation journey. Responsible for translating ‘data’ into insights
Conduct more complex data analysis for Transformation Office team members
Create structural reporting solutions to new needs that may arise
Support CTrO with Steerco/LT/Board preparation and ad-hoc reporting needs
Partner closely with various Finance and People teams (and others where applicable) to ensure metrics used for transformation are aligned. Remove ambiguity and ensure there is strong alignment
Ensure key metrics are forward looking and measure our progress towards future targets/objectives
Ensure other Transformation Office team members understand metrics/KPIs used.

Who you are
Ability to put together and maintain complex project plans
Experience in tracking risks and maintaining risks registers
Experience working in a related PM function
Experience with Project Management Tools, such as MS Project
Project Management qualification is preferred, but not mandatory
Excellent analytics skills, ideally with a background in reporting/analytics
Ability to translate data into insights
Able to present insights in a way that is easy to understand. Ability to present the ‘bigger picture’ from a much larger data set
Excellent and advanced Excel skills to conduct data analysis and provide necessary reporting
Experience in PowerBI would be preferred
Ability to think out of the box, coming up with new and innovative ways to present insights
Strong Powerpoint and Sharepoint skills, to present insights in an audience-friendly and easy to understand manner
Experience working with financial and/or HR related data is strongly preferred
Ability to relate to both ‘numbers’ as well as initiatives where softer KPIs are used and translate these into meaningful insights and dashboards.
