About us

We are an independently owned, hospitality company that has a huge desire for growth who already owns and operates multiple bars and restaurant concepts across Cardiff and Swansea.

Founded in 2010, we’re proud operators of Peppermint Bar & Kitchen, BrewStone, Bambu Beach Bar, BrewDog Swansea (1st franchise in the UK), and Frango, an authentic Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken takeaway but we’re also big believers of circular economy and so, we’re developing ventures in Central Food production, Dark Kitchens, a Micro-Brewery & Distillery, Cleaning, Security, Events Management and Central Support Services.

By 2024, we anticipate to be operating a total of 15 brands in the shape of bars, restaurants, food & drink production, and other supporting hospitality businesses.

Your Responsibilities


– Catering to guest’s needs, always going the extra mile and being your best self

– Support the Head Chef with completion of new menus, Specials, input

– Support the Head Chef in delivering high level of food to all customers and exceeding expectations

– Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene

– Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and customers;

– Communicate with colleagues/customers with regards to bookings and orders


Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with company policies

Keeping preparation at the right level

Making sure that food is served promptly

Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size

Managing stock control, Learning Cost Control

Ensure all preparation areas are compliant with Environmental Health policies


Following relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines.

Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures

Ensure all operating equipment is handled carefully

Have a strong awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken

Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy;

Experience & Knowledge

Previous experience in the catering industry

High standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Keen interest in food and cooking Skills:

Good organisation skills

Ability to do several tasks at once

Strong communication skills


Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure
